Every record comes at a cost, as it takes time to source the records and resources to print them. Birth records in San Juan County cost $20 for walk-ins and mail, and $31.50 for online. Death records in San Juan County cost $20 for walk-ins and mail, and $31.50 for online. The marriage license application fee is $62 (includes one certified copy of the marriage certificate), payable by credit card, cash, or check at the time of application. This fee is not refundable. NOTE - If someone wants to obtain records physically, they must follow a number of rules in San Juan County. A record seeker must visit between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. PST from Monday to Friday PST to purchase records in-person in San Juan County.
